At Kairos Scout LLC we offer various software plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all our plans, including Monthly and Annual subscriptions, as well as our Enterprise solutions.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew each month on the date of initial purchase.
- Annual Subscriptions: Offered at a discounted rate and renewed annually on the date of initial purchase.
- Enterprise Solutions: Customized plans developed through personal engagement with the client.
Cancellation Policy
- Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and your access to our software will continue until then.
- Enterprise Solutions: Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual contract agreement with each client.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any of our plans under any circumstances. This includes partial refunds for unused subscription periods, usage, and refunds for early cancellations.
Changes to your Subscription
Subscribers can change their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancel a subscription
You can stop a current subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Sign in to your Kairos Scout account
- Click on the account photo in the upper right corner and select "Account"
- Under the "Billing" section of your account, your active subscription will be listed.
- Click on the "Manage Subscription and Billing History" and you'll be directed to Stripe which handles Kairos Scout's subscribers.
- Your subscription page will have a large orange button stating "Cancel Plan".
- Click that and confirm your choice, and your subscription is canceled.
Cancellation for declined credit cards
If your order was canceled because your card was declined, you'll need to update your payment information.
- Sign in to your Kairos Scout account
- Click on the account photo in the upper right corner and select "Account"
- Under the "Billing" section of your account, your active subscription will be listed.
- Click on the "Manage Subscription and Billing History" and you'll be directed to Stripe which handles Kairos Scout's subscribers.
- On your subscription page you'll be prompted to update your billing information.
Cancellation by provider
Kairos Scout LLC reserves the right to revoke services for any reason. If your order was canceled by Kairos Scout LLC, you may request additional details by contacting subscriptions@kairosscout.com.
